I have lived in the Tampa Bay area for over 35 years. Having lived in every corner of Hillsborough County I am very familiar with the different neighborhoods and areas of town. I have been selling real estate here for over 18 years. I take great pride in helping first-time home owners through the entire home buying process from finding a lender, finding an ideal home, writing up an offer, negotiating an offer, going under contract, getting home inspections, shopping for homeowner’s insurance, closing and homesteading your home, in addition to the numerous details before, during and after the purchase of a home. I would be happy to provide referrals from my past buyers and sellers.

I have also worked with corporate and military relocations where I have assisted in finding, negotiating and purchasing homes for people moving here from other countries and having never seen the home they purchased until they moved in. I achieve that with lots of digital pictures and excellent communication.
